2.2 Online Courses and Workshops
For online courses and workshops:
- You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase or before completing 25% of the course content, whichever comes first.
- If you have completed more than 25% of the course content, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
- You must provide specific feedback about why the course did not meet your expectations.
2.3 Premium Membership Subscriptions
For premium membership subscriptions:
- Monthly subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial months, but your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- Annual subscriptions: You may request a prorated refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, refunds are issued at our discretion and may be prorated based on the time remaining in your subscription.
2.4 Virtual Events and Webinars
For virtual events and webinars:
- You may request a full refund up to 7 days before the scheduled event date.
- For cancellations within 7 days of the event, we offer a 50% refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future event.
- No refunds are provided for missed events or no-shows.
- If we cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to the rescheduled date or a different event.
2.5 Physical Merchandise
For physical merchandise (when available):
- You may return unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs).
- If you receive damaged or defective items, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
